\nThe tour takes us west out of London and into the county of Wiltshire to our first stop in the ancient Roman Spa town of Bath. This city has been inhabited for almost 2,000 years and here you’ll have time to explore the city, Abbey and Roman Baths and immerse yourself in the atmosphere and glorious Georgian architecture of this majestic city.

\nFollowing lunch we travel deeper into rural Wiltshire to Lacock village, famous for its picturesque streets, historic buildings and its more recent role as a television and film location. The Abbey, located at the heart of the village within its own woodland grounds, is a quirky country house of various architectural styles.

We start from London and head to the ancient and mysterious Stonehenge, where entrance is included. This is possibly the UK’s most well-known historical monument and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 


Next, we visit Windsor, and this comes with Windsor Castle tickets. Here you will wander through the grand state apartments of a working castle and see where heads of state & monarchs still meet.                                                                                


Itinerary:

07:30-08:30 - London pick-ups. We offer 3 pick-up points located in central & west London, all of which are easy to reach by public transport. You can choose to meet us at whichever pick-up point is most convenient for you.

08:30-08:45 - Depart London. After our London pick-ups, we make the journey to Stonehenge by coach. Your tour guide will entertain you with historical highlights of Stonehenge.

10:30 - Arrive at Stonehenge where entrance is included. Here you’ll have free time to explore the stone circle from the designated path as well as the visitor center. Audio guides, which are provided by Stonehenge in a variety of languages, are included with the entrance ticket. As these are provided subject to availability, we encourage you to bring along some headphones, as the audio commentary can also be downloaded as a mobile phone app.

12:30 – Latest departure from Stonehenge for Windsor.

2:00pm – Arrive in Windsor. Your tour guide will help you to find your way inside Windsor Castle (entrance is included). There will be approximately 3hrs to explore Windsor Castle’s state apartments, St George’s Chapel & Queen Mary’s Dolls House at your own pace with a multimedia guide provided by Windsor Castle, subject to availability.

5:00pm – Depart Windsor. This is the approximate time that we will depart Windsor to head back to London, but your tour guide will advise you of the exact time to meet back at the coach on the day.

6:00 to 6:30pm – London drop offs

The Gravity-Defying Masterpiece

Based on the 1995 novel Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West by Gregory Maguire, Wicked was adapted for the stage by Winnie Holzman and features music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz.

Wicked the Musical Facts

A two-part adaptation with Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba, Ariana Grande as Glinda, Jeff Goldblum as the Wizard, and Jonathan Bailey as Fiyero directed by Jon M. Chu smashed Box Office records and recieved 10 Oscar nominations.

Wicked became the 10th longest-running production in British history in 2024.

The story has been described as a political, social, and ethical commentary on the nature of good and evil. -‘Defying Gravity’ was used to wake up astronauts aboard space shuttle mission STS-131 in April 2010.

The Wicked Witch wasn’t always named Elphaba. In fact, she didn’t have a name in the original Oz book series. Gregory Maguire created the name in his 1996 novel ‘Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West’. Maguire was inspired by the Oz author’s initials L.F.B. from which he coined Elphaba.

To this date, the Grammy Award-winning Original Broadway Cast album has sold nearly 4 million copies!


Please bear in mind

As a guide to parents and guardians, Wicked tickets are recommended for ages 7+. Babies and Children under 5 years of age will not be admitted. Attendance of children between the ages of 5 and 7 is at the parents’ discretion and if the child becomes restless it is the parents’ responsibility to take them out of the auditorium. Anyone under 16 years old must be seated next to an adult aged 18+.


How long is Wicked the Musical London?

The show runs for 2 hours 45 minutes, including a 20 minute interval. The multi award-winning musical has Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday matinee performances which start at 2.30pm and finish at 5.15pm. Evening performances start at 7.30pm and finish at 10.15pm and take place Tuesday - Saturday.

About Devil Wears Prada Musical

Fresh out of college, aspiring journalist Andy scores a job at the prestigious Runway magazine working for fashion’s most powerful and terrifying icon - editor-in-chief Miranda Priestly. Sacrificing her personal life to meet Miranda’s impossible demands, Andy finds herself seduced by the glamorous world she once despised.
